More information about Hautes Côtes de Nuits AOP blanc "Grande Tradition Les Jiromées" Monopollage

A full-bodied and creamy Chardonnay from the southern Jiromées monopollage, from vines over 40 years old, harvested by hand, 24 months in barrique (100% new barrel).

The designation Grande Tradition refers to the maturation in exclusively new wood. A great accompaniment to shellfish, mature cheese or elegant veal dishes.

Full aromas of dried mango & apricot meet the finest nuances of orange, toast & apple blossom with a twist of saline, the finish is rounded off with some vanilla and caramel.

Our recommendation for Chardonnay & Barrique fans who want to be surprised by this exciting little region.
