Contents:

1x Amanda naturally cloudy hop-stopped pilsner.

Amanda is the name of our wonderful, naturally cloudy specialty pilsner. A slender antrunk with soft malt notes and a fine intense hop aroma of the varieties Hallertauer Tradition and Mosaic make the beer an ideal companion for beer lovers with a penchant for hoppy beers with a high drinkability.

Flavor: slender on the palate, soft malt notes, intense hop aroma
Alcohol content: 5.1% vol.

1x Mein Wildes - Zwickel

Mein Wildes is a natural, freshly bottled from the bunging tank, malty Zwickl with a dark bronze hue.
The most dominant flavor component of the beer is determined by the malt used, which provides a full body with light chocolate aromas in the aftertaste. The subtle hopping with Hallertauer Traditionshopfen and Spalter Select give the beer a pleasant bitterness.

Taste: Full-bodied, light chocolate aromas in the aftertaste, pleasant bitterness.
Alcohol content: 5.7% vol.

1x Doldenzwerg - Bavarian Pale Ale

Our Bavarian Pale Ale is the combination of an American Style Pale Ale recipe with a traditional Bavarian brewing process. A top fermenting ale yeast is responsible for the fermentation.
The cone dwarf has a pleasant bitterness. The Australian hop variety Galaxy and the German hop Hüll Melon give the beer its typical fruity and floral character. The soft caramel malt notes emphasize the slightly sweet body.

Taste: pleasant bitterness, fruity, floral, soft caramel malt notes.
Alcohol content: 6.3 % vol.

1x Nittenauer Pils

Slim, sparkling and aromatic-light are considered value-giving factors in the brewing process of our blond summer refreshment. The ideal beer for cozy beer garden evenings and hot barbecues. The noble bitterness is achieved by a generous addition of Tettnang aromatic hops, which matures in cold storage and combines with the recen of the fermentation carbonic acid to create a wonderfully invigorating fine-tart drinking pleasure.

Taste: slender, sparkling, aromatic-light, fine tartness
Alcohol content: 4.9 % vol.

1x Nittenauer Naturradler

Lemon gives the drink a sparkling freshness and lime the pleasant tartness. Orange juice makes our Radler fruity and unique. For drivers, athletes or simply as a refreshing thirst quencher. We deliberately avoid artificial sweeteners and rely on the pure taste of nature.

Taste: sparkling freshness, pleasant tartness due to lime, fruity
Alcohol content: 2.5% vol.

1x Free Love - non-alcoholic lager

With our Free Love, as the fourth of our non-alcoholic beers, we have taken up the lager beer style. We use Pilsner and Vienna malts as a solid base for a subtle biscuity body. The two brand new hop varieties, Sultana and Lotus, from Hopsteiner, are cleverly and subtly used to give the beer a touch of freshness and a slight fruitiness.

Taste: fresh & fruity

1x WIT - non-alcoholic beer with coriander seeds & orange peel.

Wit beer is a traditional Belgian beer style, also brewed with wheat. With the ever increasing popularity of non-alcoholic beer, we want to try and add a new style to the non-alcoholic beer landscape. The Wit is a non-alcoholic beer in the style of a Belgian Wit beer. The non-alcoholic character is created with a special yeast that cannot ferment malt sugar. During the boiling of the wort, as well as for the storage of the beer, Curacao orange peel as well as crushed coriander seeds are traditionally added.

Brewery Nittenau

Progressive technologization has led to an ever greater approximation of taste in the large-scale industrial production of beer. On the one hand, there are no longer any regional differences, since any desired chemical parameter can easily be achieved by technological means. On the other hand, with the existing price war, the purely profit-oriented brands are interested in keeping their costs as low as possible: Faster production techniques, fewer hops, shorter storage, less flavor. This equalization of taste not only leads to beers from different brands becoming more and more similar and tasting almost the same. It has even gone so far that different styles of beer from industrial breweries taste the same and differ only on the label. The trend toward neutral one-size-fits-all beer and neutral one-size-fits-all taste. In times of such tightrope walks along the purity law on the part...
