More information about Breaks Reserve Butchers 25 Gin
We have matured our exceptional Butchers 25 Gin, which was created in collaboration with Heiko Brath, in a mulberry wine barrel. Just like our golden boy, the Reserve Gin, it matures under close observation in selected mulberry barrels.
Mulberry, a highly aromatic wood combined with a great color yield during the maturing period in the wooden barrel. This special barrel selection gives our Butchers Gin its characteristic deep golden yellow color and sweet notes of mulberries. These round off the spicy, herbal aroma spectrum of Butchers Gin perfectly. Classic elements of juniper and citrus, as well as atypical herbs such as caraway and marjoram, complete the bouquet.
