Powerful aromas of Muscat, pear and peach combined with a hint of vanilla, white flowers and fresh almonds. Creamy, harmonious, multi-layered with a fresh finish.
Serve well chilled as an aperitif with toasts with foie gras or rillettes and with desserts such as peach and apricot crumble and lightly caramelized cake.

Domaine de Rombeau
Die Domaine de Rombeau, eines der traditionsreichsten Weingüter des Roussillon, geht auf das Jahr 1727 zurück, als die Familie de la Fabrègue aus Lyon nach Rivesaltes kam. Bis 1850 hatte die Familie Weinberge angehäuft und war eine der ersten in der Region, die Wein in Flaschen abfüllte. Die Fässer aus dieser Zeit sind heute noch auf dem Weingut zu finden. Die Familie überstand die Reblaus und die beiden Weltkriege, vertiefte immer wieder die Traditionen der Region und blieb gleichzeitig offen für die Möglichkeiten der Zukunft. Wie Philippe Raspaud, der Winzer in sechster Generation, sagt: "Die Tradition ist lebendig."
