All of the fruit brandies have mild alcohol and full flavor of the fruit. The sweet cherry brandy and plum brandy are pitted before mashing and distilling, so the spirits don't have the usual almond flavor of the stones. This brings out the concentrated fruit in the brandies.

Rose Valley Sweet Cherry Brandy:

Taste: mild alcohol, pure delicate fruit flavor with subtle cherry vanilla notes; fine finish with cherry vanilla notes.

Production process: gentle double distillation

Our noble, fine fruit brandy from hand-picked sweet cherries is mashed and distilled without stones. For this purpose, the stones are removed from the fruit directly after harvesting, so that a pure, intense fruit flavor can develop without the typical almond aroma of the stones. During the gentle double distillation, a mild sweet cherry brandy with fine vanilla notes develops.

Rose Valley Quince Brandy:

Taste: mild, fully ripe, fruity floral quince aroma, barely perceptible bitter chocolate notes; long intense quince-typical finish, slightly tart fruit, subtle sweetness.

Recommendation: as digestif or with dessert as corresponding fruit aroma

For us, the quince is the queen among fruits. Although it is difficult to reveal its aroma, it is worth all the effort to extract its extraordinary flavor for our noble quince brandy. Made from sun-drenched, fully aromatic apple and pear quinces, the fruit brandy with its intensely fruity quince aroma and beguiling floral fragrance is an enrichment for every good occasion.

"Hauszwetschge" - Plum Brandy:

Our single-variety plum brandy is made from hand-picked fruit from our own orchard. The plums are pitted directly after harvesting, resulting in a noble fruit brandy with a pure and strong fruit flavor, but without the typical almond aroma of the stones.
