Jarmino fasting cure 3 days (12x beef bone broth + 6x vegetable broth)

With our fasting cure, you can easily fast for 3 days without having to go hungry. According to the fasting cure method, which goes back to Otto Buchinger, you abstain from solid food during our fasting cure and only consume approx. 300 kcal per day.

Our 3-day fasting cure package consists of 18x 350ml natural broth, which replaces your diet for 3 days. The broths not only provide all the necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients, but also taste great and ensure a pleasant feeling of satiety. This makes fasting a pleasure rather than a torture.

Of course, all broths are free from additives, preservatives, added sugar, lactose-free and gluten-free - for an effective fasting period.

Tasty beef broth with lots of healthy collagen (3.4g per 100ml). The bones come from organic pasture farming in Bavaria and Tyrol.
