Jarmino fasting cure 5 days (18x beef bone broth + 12x vegetable broth)

Our 5-day fasting cure is suitable for anyone who wants to effectively relieve their body for 5 days, clear their skin and improve their digestion. With only approx. 300 kcal per day, our fasting cure is also ideal for losing weight. After just 12 hours of fasting, the body begins to break down fat deposits and there is nothing better for fasting than broth. Broth provides the body with all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients it needs for the days of therapeutic fasting, as well as ensuring a pleasant feeling of satiety.

Beef broth also contains collagen and amino acids, which protect the intestines and combat inflammation in the body. Inflammation is not only a common cause of obesity, but also the starting point of many diseases (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, osteoarthritis, psoriasis).

Naturally, all broths are free from additives, preservatives, added sugar, lactose-free and gluten-free - for effective therapeutic fasting.

18x Jarmino beef bone broth - 350 ml

Tasty beef broth with lots of healthy collagen (3.4g per 100ml). The bones come from organic pasture farming in Bavaria and Tyrol.

How does the 5-day fasting cure work?

You drink 6 glasses of wholesome broth daily during the fasting days. We recommend the following order:

Days 1-4:

• 8 am: 1x vegetable broth
• 10 am: 1x beef broth
• 12 noon: 1x beef broth
• 2 pm: 1x vegetable broth
• 4 p.m.: 1x beef broth
• 6 p.m.: 1x beef broth

Day 5:

• 8 am: 1x vegetable broth
• 10 am: 1x vegetable broth
• 12 noon: 1x beef broth
• 2 p.m.: 1x vegetable broth
• 4 p.m.: 1x vegetable broth
• 6 pm: 1x beef broth

On day 5, you will already be used to fasting and can reduce the number of calories a little at the end with the higher proportion of vegetable broth.
