Here comes the blueberry fruit pulp vinegar. As with its "brothers and sisters", we make the fruit purée by hand and add vinegar and sugar. At first, we couldn't even imagine that blueberry fruit purée could taste good with vinegar.
Surprise!!! It tastes wonderfully fruity like blueberries - and not just on salad. Blueberry fruit purée vinegar goes perfectly with duck and game dishes. A small splash turns a dark gravy into a delicacy. Combined with a neutral olive oil or a nut oil, this fruit purée vinegar adds a culinary zing to any dish.
