More information about Marge's fruit pulp vinegar strawberry
Of course, the STRAWBERRY variety should not be missing from our fruit pulp vinegar series...
Like all our fruit pulp vinegars, the base is fruit pulp, i.e. fruit flesh without nuts. The production is a little time-consuming, but the result is worth the effort.
Strawberry fruit purée vinegar is suitable for salads, sauces, vegetables, fish and meat dishes. It tastes delicious on fruit salads, muesli and desserts. When topped up with mineral water or sparkling wine, you can conjure up a sparkling refreshment in an instant.
Our fruit pulp vinegar makes a delicious and balanced flavor combination with fresh cucumber, lukewarm spinach, crunchy rocket, creamy avocado or sliced fennel bulbs.
A small side note: As we do not use any preservatives or colorants, the color of our strawberry vinegar may fade a little over time. However, the taste does not change at all!
