Salt is rarely missing when preparing food. I usually use primal salt. It comes from the primeval sea, which dried up around 250 million years ago. Natural primordial salt contains all 84 essential elements. It has "lain" for over 250 million years several hundred meters below the earth's surface, where it was protected from environmental pollution.

Of course, I also only use primal salt in my salts. And because I often have to be quick in the evening, I have created various salt blends that I highly recommend.

1x lemon ginger salt - 70g

This salt has a wonderfully delicate taste of lemon and ginger. I particularly like to use this salt for seasoning fish, poultry and Asian dishes.

Ingredients: Hand-harvested coarse salt, lemon, ginger

1x Mediterranean salt - 70g

This salt tastes of the Mediterranean, summer and sunshine, fresh herbs and vacations. A Mediterranean all-rounder. Mediterranean salt is suitable for seasoning salads, pizza, lamb and fish.

Ingredients: Coarse salt, dried spices (basil, oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme, aniseed)

1x wild herb salt - 70g

It tastes pleasantly of herbs. It would be presumptuous to claim that one or the other ingredient can be tasted, but the combination is second to none. This salt is particularly suitable for seasoning meat and roast dishes. In the barbecue season, the wild herb salt also works very well over salmon or simply on a slice of bread with butter. Just give it a try.
