More information about Nitro Stout
To elevate their stout to the next level, the brewers at Steamworks brewery have used a very special technique: they have turned the conventional stout into a nitro stout This special version of a normal stout is characterized by its wonderfully thick, dense and long-lasting foam and silky-smooth texture The effect is achieved by adding nitrogen and reducing the carbon dioxide content
In the glass, the Nitro Stout also cuts a pretty good figure The nitrogen dances through the infinite depths of the mahogany-colored beer and ends in a magnificent crown of hazelnut-brown, creamy foam The aroma is composed of toasted bread crust, freshly brewed coffee, strong roasted malt and a hint of spices, strong roasted malt and cocoa and puts you in the mood for the first sip The first sip reveals a surprisingly slender body with a heavenly smooth mouthfeel The malty beer presents an interplay of flavors that tastes of cocoa, roasted nuts, caramel, roasted grain and stone-oven bread A fine, dry bitterness elegantly rounds off the taste experience and skillfully balances the diverse sweetness
For maximum foam, the brewery recommends turning the can upside down a few times before pouring the beer into the glass with a flourish If you hold the can close to the glass flowing into the beer when pouring, you will get a particularly fine-pored foam Cheers!

The venerable building housed a real treasure: a steam heating system. The technique of steam brewing dates back to pioneer days and was rarely practiced by the end of the 20th century. Eli showed a spirit of discovery and revived a long-forgotten tradition. Canada's first steam brewery was born and brewing could begin! From Canada to Austria Not wanting to add steam to the Canadian beer scene, but also a breath of fresh air, Eli made regular trips to the homeland of his...
