Green olives from Halkidiki are famous for their size and dense flesh. They are rich in calcium, iron and omega-3 fatty acids and are characterized by their deep green color, delicate fruit aroma and slightly bitter but spicy taste.
Our Chalkidiki olives in the ginger, coriander and green mint marinade are juicy and firm to the bite, with a delicate and fresh taste. The ginger adds a special note of flavor, while the coriander and spearmint provide the right balance. The marinade can be used as a base for salad dressings.
The olives are harvested by hand and processed on the same day. They are pitted, pickled and bottled for us in a small factory according to the original Pangaea recipe.
