More information about Rose Valley Cocoa Liqueur
The basis of our cocoa liqueur is our wonderful cocoa spirit. This is made with roasted cocoa nibs from the chocolate manufactory Choco Del Sol, from Rochsburg Castle.
The nibs are roasted very fresh and immediately afterwards macerated with previously finely filtered neutalic cabbage. The high-proof macerate is then carefully distilled, adjusted to drinking strength and rounded off with sugar.
Choco Del Sol is chocolate with transparency and honesty. The raw cocoa comes from Belize. It is loaded onto the sailing cargo ship AVONTUUR in the country of cultivation and sailed directly to Hamburg by wind power.
Aftertaste/Finish:
Long intense chocolaty finish.
