Ostrava asparagus spirit

A pure vegetable spirit without artificial additives, extraordinary fragrant, a highly aromatic, spicy distillate.

For our asparagus spirit we use exclusively white asparagus from the asparagus farm Schertenleib from Ostrau. The asparagus is grown in heavy nutrient-rich loess loam soils. This gives the asparagus a particularly intense flavor. The fine, thin, particularly tender asparagus stalks are used for the vegetable spirit. They are carefully filtered in neutral alcohol, macerated and gently distilled.

Flavor:
mild alcohol, nutty, asparagus, very intense without being intrusive.

White asparagus, from Ostrava from the asparagus farm Schertenleib.

Processing of the ingredients:

Tender, thin, aromatic asparagus stalks are prepared/macerated with previously carefully distilled neutral alcohol. After a few days, the mixture is then distilled.

Manufacturing process:
Gentle distillation of the batch, with additional asparagus stalks during distillation in the aroma basket.

Bottling quantity:
Annually approx. 500 bottles

Recommendation:

exceptional aperitif , accompanying menus, as a digestif.
