AND UNION's Saturday beer flows into the glass in a delicately cloudy amber gold and adorns itself with a stately crown of white foam. When poured, the pale lager is not only visually appealing, but also olfactorily: fine notes of fragrant hay and tangy lemon peel tickle the olfactory nerves and entice the first sip.
