As there is no Monday beer in the AND UNION brand range named after the days of the week, the beery week begins with Tuesday. Tuesday is a feather-light start to the week and the perfect prelude to six days of the finest beer enjoyment.
The Tuesday beer from AND UNION is a non-alcoholic wheat beer that scores with flavor instead of revolutions. The beer is brewed with Bavarian craftsmanship and four different hops. Perle, Select, Tradition and Mandarin not only come from Bavaria, but also provide the typical character of the traditional Bavarian beer. Although the wheat beer is non-alcoholic, it still presents us with the classic wheat notes.
Tuesday flows into the glass in bright gold and has a stately, snow-white crown on its naturally cloudy body. A delicately spicy aroma of green apples, juicy tropical fruits and soft milk rolls emerges from the airy foam. The first sip is creamy and wonderfully fresh: in addition to strong malt notes, the wheat also features spicy yeast and a whole load of tangy citrus fruits. The banana is of course a must, even if it is more green and subtle here than overripe and sweet. The finish elegantly rounds off the drinking pleasure with a gentle dryness, fine yeast spice and a hint of hop bitterness.
