The owners discovered the Albarino grape variety on their travels and the wine stayed with them long after their return. They therefore also cultivated the white grape variety, which originally comes from Spain, in their home country of South Africa. The result did not disappoint: full-bodied and fragrant with aromas of apricots, nectarines and floral notes, the Springfield Albarino also impresses with its minerality and beautiful acidity. This white wine is best enjoyed with tapas - salty, spicy appetizers are particularly recommended - but Springfield Albarino is also a delight with Asian dishes or on its own.
