After boiling added fruit purees of passion fruit and guava fruit are fermented to a wonderful symbiosis. Our in-house cultures of yeasts and lactic acid bacteria, also used in KAISERWEISSEN, ensure a well-balanced beer that brings a tropical breeze to Central Europe.
