More information about Tyrell Passionsweisse
PASSIONSWEISSE is a wonderful combination of Berlin style and tropical fruit.
After boiling, fruit purees made from passion fruit and guava are added and fermented to create a wonderful symbiosis. Our own cultures of yeasts and lactic acid bacteria, which are also used in KAISERWEISSEN, ensure a balanced beer that brings a tropical breeze to Central Europe.
