My name is Viron and I am the founder of DELINIO. I'm originally from Stuttgart, Germany, but after studying economics I started working in Greece - my parents' homeland.

Greece is legendary for its fantastic olives and the amazing oils that are extracted from them. Thanks to my travels, I was able to get to know the best products made by farmers who have been growing these fruits for generations and extracting them into very special oils using traditional methods and a lot of love and care. These first-class products cannot be found in Greek supermarkets - and certainly not outside the country.

From a fascination for the intense pleasure of the palate came the vision to share it. Therefore, after twenty years as a manager at various companies, I started my own business: DELINIO. With my training as an olive oil taster and the thorough study of the multifaceted olive oil topic, I slowly opened up a whole new world for myself.

Nowadays, we at DELINIO have grown into a fantastic team. With a lot of joy and enthusiasm we set to work to offer you only the best, organic products. Starting with organic olive oil, our range now also includes olives, herbs, mountain tea, capers and fig products.
