Lisa Bauer uses the grape variety Gelber Muskateller for her WERMUT EXTRA TROCKEN 015. This variety was also preferred in old vermouth recipes. Characteristic of the work of the Styrian winemaker and distiller is the production of the wine distillate from the wine to which it is added.
In addition to wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), Lisa emphasizes the aroma of the grape variety used with her selection of herbs, flowers and roots. With floral notes on the nose and fruity aromas on the palate, this vermouth clearly develops into an 'extra dry' finish.
