The Lanzerac Cabernet Sauvignon sparkles in a beautiful red in the glass and exudes the wonderful scent of blackberries, wafted by a hint of cocoa. Light nuances of almonds and cedar round out the bouquet perfectly. Soft and long-lasting, the red wine, aged for eighteen months in French oak, caresses the palate and delights with its excellently balanced character. The full-bodied Lanzerac Cabernet Sauvignon harmonizes quite excellently with roasted duck breast, but dark meat is also a good choice, for example beef with pasta, fresh arugula and Parmesan. But the red wine is also a treat on its own.
