More information about Lanzerac Mrs. English Chardonnay 2022
The grapes used for the Lanzerac Mrs. English Chardonnay come from a single vineyard in the Jonkershoek Valley and produce a complex white wine with wonderful citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate, the excellently balanced Lanzerac Mrs. English Chardonnay, which matured for eleven months in French oak, is beautifully full-bodied and long-lasting. You should therefore definitely enjoy this white wine on its own. If you would like to serve the Lanzerac Mrs. English Chardonnay with food, dishes with smoked salmon, white fish, poultry or pasta in a creamy sauce are particularly recommended. Incidentally, the wine is dedicated to a former owner of Lanzerac: Elizabeth Katherina English bought the estate in 1914 and gave it the name Lanzerac.
