Green olives from Halkidiki are famous for their size and dense flesh. They are rich in calcium, iron and omega-3 fatty acids and are characterized by their deep green color, delicate fruit aroma and slightly bitter but spicy taste.
Our Chalkidiki olives in the brandy and orange marinade are juicy and firm to the bite, with a delicate and fruity flavor. The brandy and orange provide an unmistakable taste. The marinade is so delicious that it should be used to refine salad dressings. The olives have an alcohol content of <1.2% vol.
The olives are harvested by hand and processed on the same day. They are pitted, pickled and bottled for us in a small factory according to the original Pangaea recipe.
