Our cocoa spirit is fine with intense notes of dark chocolate. Made with roasted cocoa nibs from the chocolate manufactory Choco Del Sol, from Rochsburg Castle.
The nibs are roasted very fresh and immediately afterwards macerated with previously finely filtered neutalic cabbage. The high-proof macerate is then carefully distilled and adjusted to drinking strength.
Choco Del Sol is chocolate with transparency and honesty. The raw cocoa for it comes from Belize. It is loaded onto the sailing cargo ship AVONTUUR in the country of cultivation and sailed directly to Hamburg by wind power.
Aftertaste/Finish:
Long intense chocolaty finish.

The basic ingredient for the spirit is freshly roasted cacao nibs. These are macerated in finely filtered neutalic charcoal and carefully distilled.
Production process:
Gentle distillation of the batch with additional cacao nibs during distillation in the aroma basket.
