Orca Brau Wildfang #4 is already the fourth edition of the Wildfang series, in which experimental beers are brewed with unusual ingredients. This time too, the Nuremberg craft beer brewery has not let itself be outdone and brewed an extraordinary beer in a class of its own.
Orca Brau Wildfang #4 is a Belgian Saison beer brewed with wheat malt, barley malt and four different yeasts. The Saison is then allowed to mature for a year and a half. But because simply storing it would be far too easy for a wild catch, cherries, beet and horseradish are also added to the tank.
