Ingredients:

- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- A handful of blueberries
- 50 ml white rum
- Soda water
- ice cubes
Preparation:
- Place the mint leaves, lime wedges and two thirds in a glass.
- Add the sugar and crush with a pestle to release the aromas.
- Add ice cubes and rum.
- Top up with soda water and stir well.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and the last third of blueberries and serve.
