Birnenbrand Wahlsche Schnapsbirne is a pure pear brandy. From the connoisseur's point of view, Wahlsche Schnapsbirne is the true "queen of pears". It provides an unforgettable, unique and full-fruity pear flavor and is also round, balanced and complex.

Taste: mild alcohol, slightly nutty, powerfully broad pear aroma
Production process: gentle double distillation
Recommendation: as an aperitif and digestif

1x Rose Valley quince brandy, 44 % vol. | 100 ml

For us, the quince is the queen of fruits. Although it reveals its aroma only with difficulty, it is worth every effort to elicit its extraordinary taste for our fine quince brandy. Made from sun-kissed, fully aromatic apple and pear quinces, this fruit brandy with its intensely fruity quince aroma and beguiling floral fragrance is an enrichment for any good occasion.

Taste: mild, fully ripe, fruity, floral quince aroma, barely perceptible bitter chocolate notes; long, intense, quince-typical finish, slightly tart fruit, subtle sweetness
Production process: gentle double distillation
Recommendation: as a digestif or with dessert as a corresponding fruit flavoring

1x cocoa liqueur Choco del Sol, 31 % vol. | 100 ml

Our wonderful cocoa spirit forms the basis of our cocoa liqueur. This is made with roasted cocoa nibs from the Choco Del Sol chocolate factory in Rochsburg Castle.

Taste: long, intense, chocolaty finish
Production process: The basic ingredient for the liqueur is freshly roasted cocoa nibs. These are macerated in finely filtered Neutal kale, carefully distilled and rounded off with sugar.
